Param has over two decades of experience in the enterprise software space, leading product and engineering for some of the most successful products in the business applications and workflow/automation categories. 

Param joined UiPath when it was a Series A company in 2018, and led the company to become the leading automation platform. Prior to UiPath, Param was a General Manager at Microsoft and led product and engineering for Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps (sales, customer service, and field service). He also managed customer service and order management products for SAP and Siebel/Oracle. 

Param has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University, India.

Biography

Param Kahlon is the Chief Product Officer at UiPath and drives product strategy, technical alliances, and engineering operations. As an Executive-in-Residence at Canvas, Param works closely with the partnership to evaluate potential investments and advise Canvas portfolio companies.
